By entering this website, booking a reading, or purchasing any artifact or service from the Witch of Whispers, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms serve as the guiding sigils for how this site may be used, how services are delivered, and what is expected from both practitioner and client.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the website or engaging with its offerings.

Your continued presence here signifies acceptance of all policies contained within this document.

Description of Services & Offerings

The Witch of Whispers offers a variety of metaphysical and handcrafted services, including but not limited to:

Tarot readings and intuitive card consultations
Modern séance-style sessions, which may incorporate spirit-box tools, atmospheric elements, or spiritual impressions
Intuitive guidance and shadow work–oriented spiritual exploration
Handmade curiosities, oddities, talismans, incense, and other crafted artifacts

All spiritual and divinatory services are interpretive in nature and are offered for personal insight, reflection, and exploration. The practitioner reserves the right to adjust, expand, or discontinue any service or product at any time.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The offerings within this apothecary—whether divinatory, spiritual, or crafted—are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. The practices of tarot, intuitive consultation, and séance-style work require a level of personal agency and emotional maturity that minors cannot legally or ethically provide.

By booking a session or making a purchase, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any session found to involve a minor, with or without refund depending on circumstances.

Booking Policies (Scheduling, Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows)

Sessions within this apothecary—whether tarot readings, intuitive consultations, or modern séance-style workings—are prepared with intention and reserved specifically for the seeker who books them. To honor both your time and mine, the following policies guide how appointments are handled.

A. Scheduling

Appointment times are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once your booking is confirmed, that time is held exclusively for you and preparations for your session begin.

B. Cancellations

If you must cancel, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made before this window are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be refunded 50% of the original price, as the time has been set aside and cannot be rebooked.

C. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requested less than 24 hours prior is treated the same as a late cancellation.

D. No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your session and do not communicate prior to the appointment time, this is considered a no-show.

In the event of a no-show:

50% of the session fee is forfeited,
and the remaining 50% may be applied toward a future rescheduled appointment (one time only).

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

E. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session:

The session will still end at the originally scheduled time,
No refund or extension will be provided for lost time.

If more than 30 minutes late without communication, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

F. Practitioner’s Right to Cancel

In rare circumstances (illness, emergency, or conflict), the practitioner may cancel or reschedule a session.
In such cases:

You will be notified promptly
A new time will be offered
Or a full refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible

Code of Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

The Witch of Whispers is a space of respect, curiosity, and intentional practice. To preserve the integrity of the work and maintain a safe environment for both practitioner and seeker, the following expectations guide all interactions within this space.

A. Respectful Conduct

Clients are expected to engage with the practitioner—and with the spirits, tools, and atmosphere of the session—with respect.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, hostility, or intentionally antagonistic actions will not be tolerated.

This includes:

verbal aggression
abusive or inappropriate language
demands that violate ethical boundaries
any attempt to coerce outcomes or predictions the practitioner will not provide

B. Appropriate Use of Spiritual Tools

Séance-style sessions, spirit box tools, and intuitive practices require grounding, openness, and care. Clients are expected to:

engage in the session in good faith
avoid mocking or antagonizing spiritual tools
refrain from intentionally trying to provoke spirits or phenomena
respect the energetic container of the work

The goal is exploration and insight—not spectacle or provocation.

C. Boundaries of the Practitioner

The practitioner reserves the right to:

decline questions that cross ethical lines
avoid topics involving medical, legal, or financial forecasting
pause or alter a session if the energetic environment becomes unsafe or unstable
refrain from mediumship methods outside her ethical comfort

Sessions work best when mutual boundaries are upheld and honored.

D. Right to Refuse or End Service

The practitioner retains the right to refuse service or end a session early if:

the client violates the code of conduct
the client behaves in a threatening, hostile, or inappropriate manner
the client is under the influence of substances that impair judgment
the session becomes harmful or energetically unsafe

In such cases:

no refund is guaranteed,
though partial or full refunds may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion depending on circumstances.

E. Mutual Safety & Emotional Care

Spiritual and intuitive work can bring forth strong emotions. While this apothecary provides a space for exploration, it is not a replacement for therapy, crisis services, or professional counseling.

If a client becomes distressed beyond the scope of spiritual guidance, the practitioner may recommend appropriate resources.

F. Responsibility of the Seeker

Clients are responsible for:

approaching sessions with sincerity
acknowledging their own agency
understanding that all intuitive impressions are interpretive
recognizing that readings are tools for reflection, not absolute answers

The apothecary opens its doors to the curious, the seekers, and the shadow-walkers—but always with respect for the work itself.

A. No Promises of Accuracy or Outcome

All tarot readings, séance-style sessions, intuitive impressions, and spiritual consultations are interpretive in nature.
The practitioner does not—and ethically cannot—promise:

specific outcomes
guaranteed results
precise accuracy
future-casting certainties

The messages offered are best understood as tools for reflection, not definitive prophecies.

B. Personal Agency & Responsibility

Your path remains your own.
Any decisions or actions you take following a reading or session are entirely your responsibility. The practitioner cannot be held liable for the choices you make based on the insights offered.

E. Entertainment & Insight Clause (Required for Legal Protection)

To comply with regional laws and consumer protections, all spiritual services, while meaningful and conducted with care, must be considered as:

This clause protects both practitioner and client while honoring the integrity of the work.

Intellectual Property

Every element within the Witch of Whispers. Its writings, imagery, rituals, and crafted atmosphere, constitutes part of a unique creative body of work. These materials are protected so that the apothecary’s spirit, aesthetic, and offerings remain intact and respected.

A. Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is the property of Kat Shaw and includes:

Product descriptions, lore, and narratives
Tarot, séance, and spiritual service descriptions
Ritual structures and original methods
Blog posts, writings, and educational materials
Photos of products and curiosities
Logos, branding, and label designs
The apothecary's visual and written aesthetic

These creative works are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.

B. Restrictions on Use

Physical Product Policies (Returns, Exchanges & Handcrafted Variations)

Every artifact within the Witch of Whispers. Whether incense, spell bottles, talismans, curiosities, or other handmade creations is crafted with intention, care, and natural variation. Because many items are one-of-a-kind or created from organic materials, the following policies guide how physical orders are handled.

A. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handcrafted metaphysical items, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of damage or error on the part of the apothecary.

If you receive an item that is:

damaged in transit
defective
or significantly different from the description

You may contact the practitioner within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

B. Handmade Variations

Many items are made from natural materials or crafted by hand.
As such:

slight variations in color, texture, size, or appearance are normal
resin blends, botanicals, and incenses may differ slightly from batch to batch
artistic imperfections are part of the charm and character of the piece

These variations are not considered defects.

C. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for transport transfers to that carrier.
If an order becomes delayed or lost:

the practitioner will assist in contacting the carrier
but cannot guarantee replacement or compensation until the carrier concludes their investigation

Each situation will be handled with fairness and care.

D. Incorrect Address

If the client enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

the apothecary is not responsible for lost packages
refunds and replacements may not be available

Please check your address carefully at checkout.

E. Returns Due to Postal Issues

If an item is returned to the apothecary due to:

an undeliverable address
failure to pick up the package
refusal of the parcel

The client may request reshipment, but will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

F. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds are not offered for:

buyer’s remorse
personal dissatisfaction unrelated to craftsmanship
metaphysical expectations
outcomes of spiritual or magical use

Once an artifact leaves the apothecary, its journey continues with you.

Prohibited Uses of the Website

timeliness
suitability
or outcomes
