Refund Policy

Welcome, traveler. The artifacts and services offered through the Witch of Whispers are crafted, curated, and prepared with intention. This policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and reshipments are handled within this space—so expectations are clear for both seeker and practitioner.

1. Refunds for Spiritual Services (Tarot, Intuitive, & Modern Séance Sessions)

Because spiritual services require dedicated preparation and reserved appointment time, refunds follow the structure below:

A. Cancellation Refunds

You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are eligible for 50% refund, as the time has already been held for you.

B. Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost, subject to availability.

C. No-Shows

If you do not attend your session and do not communicate prior to the appointment time, the session is considered a no-show.

  • No-shows forfeit 50% of the session fee

  • The remaining 50% may be applied to one (1) future rescheduled session

D. Practitioner Cancellations

In rare cases (illness, emergency, energetic instability), the practitioner may need to cancel or reschedule.

If this occurs:

  • a new session time will be offered

  • or a full refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible

2. Refunds for Physical Items (Curiosities, Incense, Spell Bottles, Etc.)

All physical artifacts are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind. As such:

A. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds are not offered for:

  • buyer’s remorse

  • dissatisfaction with metaphysical results

  • personal expectations of how a product “should work”

  • variations in color, form, or natural materials

B. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or significantly different from the description

Please contact the practitioner within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your name

  • order number

  • a photo of the issue

You may be offered:

  • a replacement

  • or a full refund

depending on availability and nature of the item.

C. Natural Variation

Because items are made by hand and often from organic materials:

  • shapes, textures, colors, weight, and scent may vary

  • resin mixtures and botanical blends differ slightly between batches

  • imperfections are part of the item’s character and not considered defects

D. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to that carrier.

If a package is delayed or lost:

  • the practitioner will assist in contacting the carrier

  • but cannot guarantee refunds until the carrier’s investigation is complete

E. Incorrect Addresses

If the client provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • the apothecary is not responsible for lost packages

  • refunds may not be available

If the package is returned to the apothecary:

  • the client may request reshipment

  • additional shipping fees will apply
