Cancellation Policy
Sessions at the Witch of Whispers are prepared with intention and reserved exclusively for the seeker who books them. To honor both your time and mine, the following cancellation policy applies: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are eligible for 50% refund, as the time has already been set aside and cannot be rebooked. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no cost, subject to availability. If you do not attend your session without notice, it is considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit 50% of the session fee, and the remaining 50% may be applied to one future rescheduled appointment. If the practitioner must cancel due to illness, emergency, or energetic instability, you will be notified promptly and offered either a rescheduled time or a full refund. What to Include: Feel free to share anything you'd like me to know: questions, context, themes, or areas you’d like me to focus on. That said, I cannot guarantee that every detail will appear in the reading. These are intuitive, spirit-led sessions, and I follow the energy of the cards.
